The Kokopell Riding Club (or KRC for short) was founded in 2017 by a few motorcycle enthusiasts in the Coachella Valley. Most of the founders had already been active in the biker community and motorcycle clubs in California for many years.

However, their vision was to create a neutral and family-friendly club based on respect and brotherhood, with a focus on biking and fun, but no more politics or obligations.Since the club was originally founded with five members, it has grown over the years to over twenty members from all walks of life.

But then many members left the club for a variety of reasons, such as health reasons, moving house, retirement, work reasons, financial commitments, etc. Most of them left us amicably and we are still in contact, but it almost caused the club to disband.

​

 

It was only through the intervention of the German and Croatian members who had a strong interest in the club and its continued existence that all rights to the club, the name and the colors were transferred from the remaining US members to Europe. However, the administrative center of the club remains in Palm Desert, California, for the time being.
